Hello. I need advise on how to activate international roaming on pay monthly contract. Am travelling to Asia. Thanks in advance.

It should already be active but you can give customer services a call on 202 just to make sure

Look in "My O2" and if you have "O2 Travel" as a bolt on you are activated.

The charges are high to use a contract sim in Asia. I would consider getting the phone unlocked and using a local sim. Also consider using TuGo over WiFi and other alternatives such as Whatsapp.
