Solved: International Roaming

I gave a new monthly contract, all inclusive minutes ,text& data.
I received an 02 message when we got to Portugal. When we got to the Canary Islands all I got was Movistar on my phone. Is this alright to use with my package?

Movistar is the partner network for O2-UK when in Spain so that's fine to use.
