I have the INTERNATIONAL FAVOURITES 3 BOLT ON for about 6 months. I have unsuccessfully signed into this site on a regular basis to try and manage my numbers. I enter the code on the website as instructed, and a page pops up saying OBJECT MOVED TO HERE when you click on here it takes you back to the page, to enter the code sent to your mobile!
Wen does O2 intend to solve this problem?

Dear All,
After trolling tough various messages regarding tis topic, i came across the following link whic appears to work. It worked for me a few minutes ago.

Good luck and i hope it is still working. I bookmarked it as well, so hopefully it will also still be working wen required again.

You may have to get O2 to do this for you if it's not behaving properly.
Only they can answer your question but I don't think they can.

I have given up wit O2 Customer Service. The answer over the last 6 months has been they are working on it.
