I have been having problems with updating my numbers on my international favourites and despite numerous phone calls, chats etc the issue still hasn't been resolved and I still can't use the normal interface that I use for my daughters pay-and-go account which has no problems updating. I'm very frustrated this has been going on for a good couple of months now and I still have no call back or had the issue dealt with. I'm no nearer to knowing the problem nor when it will be solved. I think I ought to have the money paid for IF back since I can barely use it
