Same problem, O2 says it's working fine...did any of you find a solution??

I think O2 will change them for you if you phone them and it still doesn't work.

Re: International Favourites Problem

I had the same problem a while back. I ended up calling them and changed the numbers over the phone.  And again today I wanted to change one of the numbers and it didn't work.

I ended up going on the chat helpline and I got it changed that way.

It's not ideal, and I still didn't find out why the feature doesn't work online. Has anyone got a better response from O2?

Re: International Favourites Problem

almost the same problem here. I send out the code I get through text and nothing happens. I tried on internet explorer and works fine on that one. I also had a chat with O2 but couldn't solve the problem. is it that hard to fix?

Exactly the same as others 'object moved' for me too. However once I have that code and and see the object moved page if I then go to.......

Click set up or manage my numbers, it lets me in and it lets me change all my numbers etc.

Re: International Favourites Problem

I have a related problem. I was a customer on O2 pay & go international sim and I was happy with the service. But one of O2 staff misleaded me to change it to a monthly contract. I stated that I mostly call to Iran & UAE and he offered me my existing contract as an international sim contract or international favorites wrongly, while my preffered countries are not on the list. I am paying each month and I am not able to use the service. I have made calls to Iran first month in Feb and it was billed for me over £250. So I stopped to make a call to Iran and UAE but still I am paying each month for no service. I have referred to the branch which sold me this contract many times and still I could not get this problem solved. I am claiming that why are O2 team billing me each month for nothing? I think it must be a cheating!
