International Favourite - Call me number is always busy...

Hi there,

Since a while now, I cannot receive any call with my Call Me number. My friends said that the number is busy but my phone does not ring and I am not calling anyone at the same time... Someone can help me to fix it ? I am paying a service I cannot use : that is very annoying.
