International Calls and Texts

Hi

I have O2 travel and O2 Travel Inclusive Zone included in my package yet I can't send texts to international numbers or dial international numbers from my phone - anyone got any ideas?

Travel options are only for when travelling out of UK.

All international calls and texts are chargeable when in UK so if you have a spend cap or bar on your account, you won't be able to.

Those only work when you are outside of the UK.

Hi - I don't have a spend cap.  Should I not just get charged the normal network rate for calls/texts?

Ah - you're right - I do have a spend cap - I thought I didn't.  Any ideas how I remove it? Thanks
