International Calling

Can anyone help me with this question?

I am dialling from the UK to an international number +233,

Each time I call it,

It give out three bings Sounds like (bing bing bing )

then cuts out and I get a message saying call ended but I have but made the call or had it connected,

So why cant I get connected

Any advice please,

Presuming you have no problems dialing other numbers it may be advisable to call customer service to ensure you have international calls provisioned on your account. If that is not the case then it would seem to be a problem with the international number/network.
