I had a phone for about 10 days and it went faulty with the screen. After trying to get a replacement, which was out of stock, I ended up returning it. Which is being processed.
I cancelled my full cover on it and because after 14 days said I would need to give 30 days notice. I explained it was a faulty phoned and being returned and they said they would sort it out. Looked at my bill and it says 20.00 worth of insurance to pay on a phone I not really used. Can I get any off this back when return is processed ? As have £30 up front costs and a bill due in August
