Does anyone know what I need to put on the envelope when swooping phones on the door step for an insurance claim on a phone

Nothing.

The courier brings all paperwork.

Just put your name and claim number on a piece of paper to go with it.

@Stephen15 Make sure the courier gives you a receipt with hopefully a tracking number, and hold onto it  until you're absolutely sure the phone is back in the hands of O2.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
