I'm waiting on an insurance claim to be processed. Anyone know how long it usually takes. If I sent the form back 1st class yesterday before 5pm.what is likely? Cheers

@User4408014 You can call customer service at 8 am to follow up, but I would be surprised if anything moved forward before Monday now.
