I know if difficult times for all of us right now an I appreciate that O2 are under great demand. However after having my 3 year old daughter this weekend unfortunately I now find myself in a situation where I need to make an insurance claim. Since Saturday all I’ve managed to achieve is go round in circles via calling 202 to be cut off. Anyone have any constructive ideas how I can resolve my issue ?

Was this resolved?

I too have been trying for a while and had the 202 run around trying to get a replacement for my daughter's phone.

I clicked on the link provided in the reply only to be redirected to the O2 page with instructions to contact O2 support on 202.

@MacTyke

You'll need to call O2.

Numbers here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling,

Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.

8am is the best time to call
