I have insurance that I pay monthly with my contract but I was wondering if it was a small repair would I still have to pay the £60 excess and just get a new handset.

Hi @Anonymous, how are you doing? Sorry to hear that your phone needs repair. 😞 Just wanted to check if you got all the info you needed and to see if you have any further questions?
