Im hoping someone can help me.
I purchased a phone through the carphone warehouse as i have done for the past 4 years.
Everytime i insure my phone directly through O2.
However this time they are refusing stating i purchased this from the carphone warehouse so they cant do it!
When i have pointed out that in the past they have done this i was told i was mistaken!!!
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

Hi there @Anonymous . O2 Insurance can now only be taken out by customers who have purchased their device directly from O2 (within 14/28 days, can't remember which). If you wish to cancel an existing policy you can do so by dialing 202 and selection the option for insurance claims, a memeber of the insurance team will remove it from your account for you.
Hope this helps.

Probably best to check with CS on 202 to see what they say.
