Hello, 

Ive just received my iPhone 16 pro max. 
I stupidly didn’t take out insurance, no idea why , I was in a rush during upgrading I was at work, all my devices and home have insurance so that was silly really. 

o2 says I can add insurance if it’s in the first 28 days but I’ve just spent half an hour looking for an option to add with no avail. 

how would one do this? 😂🙈

You will need to call o2 or pop into an o2 store to get insurance, although there are cheaper and better options via insurance companies or even your bank account / home insurance

@Maihaze There's this: Best Mobile Phone & Gadget Insurance | Low Cost Full Coverage | O2 but I would take the advice given to you by @madasaf1sh and shop around. I'm sure there's good coverage and for less other than going through O2.
