How do I use my insurance to get a new phone when I cant go in store for the Covid-19 and it runs out in may.

@Zoey2112 Calling customer service at this time of day might entail a long wait on hold, particularly considering the current circumstances everyone is in. The best time to try to get through is 8-8.30 am.

How to submit a claim

Just call O2 customer services to submit a claim. You might be asked to fill out a claim form. Unlike some other policies we send you a replacement phone, so you can be back on track quickly.

Normally, one of the options on the IVR is to make a claim.

Customer service will help you to complete the claim whilst on the call.
