I want to get insurance but I’ve had my phone since jan can I still get insurance now months later

You will have to shop around. Very few insurance companies will agree to insuring an older phone

Not with O2 but Debenhams personal finance have a good deal on currently, I've just taken ins out with them.

Most banks now have insurance on their personal accounts.
