Insurance on 5c i phone

Anonymous
Not applicable

I upgraded my contract last Sunday.  I have taken out an insurance which I find I do not need as I am covered by my home contents insurance policy.  I was informed on Sunday by your excellent member of staff that I had 30 days to cancel, so I am asking to cancel the policy with immediate effect, John
