Insurance email doesn’t exist?

Hello. I dropped my phone yesterday and since then the ear piece doesn’t work and I can only use speaker phone. I made a claim online yesterday evening and I was sent a claim form (declaration form). I printed it and filled it out today however, when I’ve emailed it to the requested email address (on both the email and form itself) it returns the email back to me saying the email address wasn’t found. The email I have been sending the claim for back to is; vm02claims@telefonicainsurance.com
