Insurance claim, DPD delivered phone to O2 but no contact since

As per thread title, DPD picked up my phone and delivered it to O2 to be checked over as part of my claim. 

 

"Your parcel has been delivered and signed for by xxxxx at 10:50 on Wed 11 Apr 2018" with the O2 logo on the right of this update.

It's not normal,  o2 should have been in contact with you. As usual it is the customer  that has to do all the chasing . ...

Rang up and they said my replacement should be with me by Tuesday. They didn't really explain why I hadn't had any emails but at least something is happening.
