Increased bill

Good evening 

When i have bought new sim card of o2. I get contract of £18 per month but now unfortunately i get the bill of £21.10. Can you please tell me the reason for this extra £3.10

Looks like you may have bought your SIM before mid-March 2023, @A_S - it looks like the annual RPI increase mentioned in your contract and as explained here:

If not, your O2 bill on MyO2 should explain all charges, otherwise reach out to O2 on 292 tomorrow morning around 08:15. Good luck!
