Increase in monthly’s

I complained today my current monthly deal is £63 monthly and was informed from account it goes up to £74 a month 

I complained they said they would discount it down until end of my contract in December back to £63 

just checked my account it’s still £74 I’m fuming !!

Don't expect anything to happen instantly.

You will probably see a bolt on with the discount Guide: Where is my discount or Extra Data? 

Looks like you should contact customer service as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (contract)

That's the annual price rise which this year was 17.3% so the new price is correct provided you are not on a refresh tariff.

From the terms and conditions to which you signed up

 

Each year, your Airtime Plan will be increased by the RPI rate of inflation announced in February plus 3.9%. If RPI is negative, we’ll only apply the 3.9%. You’ll see this change on your April 2023 bill onwards.

 

If you did get it put back you must be one of the few. 

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
