Increase in bill

I've just had a text to say my next month's SIM only amount is nearly £3 more than usual, I haven't had any notification of this previously and although it's only £3 with all the other increases its another kick in the teeth . Can anyone explain why it's gone up ??? I just looked to see if I could reduce my tariff but app won't let me move to a lower amount

Is it the Retail Price Index? (RPI) https://www.o2.co.uk/prices 
If you had that on last months bill you need to contact O2.
