I have just been informed that my monthly payment will increase from £1.80 to £2.50 from April 2026 - no explanation given!

This represents an increase of 20% approximately.  As RPI is only 3.9% this month - can this extoronate incresae be explained?

I haven't received any notification of this so it's surprising

Also very unwelcome if this affects all customers

I know they have put up the charges for some ex Virgin customers but I've not heared anything other than that.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Guaranteed this was coming after they stopped the uswitch upgrades and started refusing number migrations. Forces customers to stay and pay the uncrease.

Apparently they are changing switch up to 11 months

But you can still buy the switch up bolt on stating 90 days

O2 constantly cease to surprise me with changes not being as advertised uniformly on the website
