About a month ago (12th November) I ordered a new sim card, switching for pay as you go to pay monthly. Now a month later the new sim card has still not arrived. To make matters worse, O2 have decided to charge me for the month that I haven't even had the sim card. I've tried calling O2's customer support but just get stuck in an endless queue. Any advice?
