Incorrect tariff changes

I received a call from O2 saying my contract was up so would I like to upgrade. I said I might change my phone in the near future but not just now. I was then told that to keep my custom, they would keep me on the same deal but at a reduced price (sim only: £20 for 20Gb for 12 months instead of £25 for 20Gb).
Naturally I agreed and thought nothing more of it.
A few hours later, I checked my emails and the MyO2 app and found that my tariff is now £33 for 20Gb of data!
Is this something that other people have experienced?

That tariff is specially discounted which should show as a bolt on in your MyO2.
