Incorrect number being displayed to my contacts

For some reason when I send a text a different number is displayed to which ever contact I message. The number that is showing is the number that came with my sim only deal however I used a PACT code to port my number over which has been fine since Oct 2020 however the past week or so if I reply to a text message (sms) its showing with the original number and not MY number. I've also started getting phonecalls to me which are not my contacts and they said theyre ringing this other number. Have rung o2 and they cant seem to see any issue on their end. They advised to set up my Huwaei ID and reset the phone.....this has not helped and still the same. Any ideas????!
