Incorrect name

Hello, I have been with you for years and my name is spelt incorrectly please can this be rectified I have emailed also

Help here https://www.o2.co.uk/help/account-and-billing/changing-your-name but I wouldn't worry about it. Spelling mistakes don't matter.
