I am at wits end trying to make contact with you! I have just messaged out a long message to you to receive an invitation to make an appointment for a call to discuss serios overcharging on our bill which had caused us to close two of our accounts in the hope that someone would be forced to speak to us. All we have got is an a/c overdue email. We have tried to sort this out twice by ringing 2O2 only to be told the agent cannot deal with accounts. 15 minutes ago you offered a screen that invited me to book a phone call but when I entered my phone numbe both with and without a space it told me the number was invalid. So I put in my land line which it also said was invalid! What on earth are we supposed to do to get to speak to someone…or am I better to move our three accounts to another provider?
