Jennysue, as you have identified that there are no texts on your bill with a zero charge, could you also post what it says in each subsection for messages? Depending on what's been sent these should appear as texts, Multimedia and interactive messages sent and received. It is the actual amount of multimedia messages sent and the total cost of these that may offer a clue.
Also what does it say in the sections for allowance available and allowance used in regard of messages?

Think part of the problem with claiming extra rights due to loyalty is customer services have heard it before, usually when customers want cheaper phones, tariffs, call charges to be cancelled etc. Now as Mr Sheepdog says there's so many different network providers out there that it's every customer for himself, if you can find a good deal go for it. O2 are under no obligation to offer you anything special just because you've been with them for a while. Sad but true.

If you are on a tariff where MMS come out of your message allowance at a 4:1 ratio, then SMS sent from abroad will also come out of your allowance at 4:1 ratio too.
Did you send any texts from abroad on those bills as that might answer it?
When looking at your bill online you should see "Inclusive Allowance" on the left hand side. This will show you how many minutes and messages you have on your tariff - and also how many you used on that bill. Does this show you used 200?
It's hard to help more without being able to see your bill - when you click on "what I've used" then "messages" then "text messages" - how many have you sent in total and what is the total charge?
