Since April I have been incorrectly charged a tariff on my tablet and I am unable to speak to someone as the robots at the call centre just cut me off. The amount isn't huge but that is besides the point. It's beyond infuriating

How do you mean you have been charged a tariff on your tablet??? Is this the increase the annual RPI change that happens?

Save the effort of calling and check the increase calculator here https://www.o2.co.uk/prices#:~:text=This%20year's%20RPI%20was%20published,before%20you'd%20signed%20...

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
