you need to contact o2 customer service use the contact us at the bottom of the page.

You have to make a chargeable call every 6 months to keep the sim active.

iPhone 11 Pro 256gb on unlimited data
iPad Pro 12.9” 2020 256gb refresh o2 family discount

My first mobile was in 1995 a CM-R111 from sony on Cellnet.

If it isn't too long since you used the phone O2 will reconnect it for you. I had the same problem last week when my son came over from Berlin. He hadn't used his UK sim for 8 months and they reconnected it the same day. I had to call back the day after so that they could re-add the credit (takes 24 hours before they can do this).

Finding my old phone that I use to carry around the house and garden for emergencies was showing INACTIVE SIM, how can any network say a pay as you go phone is inactive if you have between £15 and £20 still on it?

I went to a O2 shop and the phone was reactivated, so that now I have had a message I can receive incoming calls, but I am told I have no money on the phone!!!! WHERE HAS MY MONEY GONE!  The lady in the O2 shop was as helpful as she could be, but said there was no system to change the need to make a 25p call tp stop the inactivity being put into place!  WHY??? O2 have my money already!  They are getting interest on it in their bank!  The lady in the shop did say I would have to up to 24 hours for the phone to be activated again but what is this world coming to when a OAP is seemingly robbed of money by O2???

I also have a small contact with O2 on my Galaxy S4 which was a lovely piece of equipment until the Android chip started to Hang/Freeze - Android have sent updates but nothing has changed since is started at the end of Nov 2013. Why are the mobile companies allowing these faults to continue???

I am a very disappointe mobile user but landline services are now worst since mobiles were invented!  Bring back the days when things worked, and when they didn't they were mended that day!
