Does anyone know if o2 stores can give o2 online offers as there are many more offers online?

The online offers are usually insentive a to use the online store.

Some may carry over to a store setting. You can pick up phones ordered online instore provided the option is available if that makes things easier for you.

Side note. Has your caps lock broken? It appears intermittent;)

There's no harm in haggling.

If the high-street Store is light for the period on opening up new accounts they may bend a little.
