Anyway, bought a tablet on pay monthly (surface pro x) in store just before all stores closed.
It’s absolutely rubbish so wanted to return it but the stores are obviously closed. Asked on twitter and o2 said contact on 202. Have been trying for days and been queuing for hours but haven’t successfully made it through (they are obviously snowed under)
Worried that I’m nearing the end of the 14 days and I’m going to be stuck with an £1100 paperweight.
Anyone have any advice on what I can do?
