Impossible to get through to anyone!

I am trying to access my account but i cannot login. I can't get through to anyone on the phone, or an online chat. 

 

I just want to top up my data as my phone has been cut off!!

 

How can i do this without accessing my account? I've tried 202 they are only looking at 'urgent' queries. I need my phone for work so need to do this ASAP.

Advice from an O2 Guru to get through:
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
