Hi all,

tried reaching out via Twitter sent pictures etc. no reply so I thought I'd try here.

Had 3 letters - neighbours name ~ my address, first 2 I circled my flat number wrote note on envelope, please correct [Neighbour does not answer door]

A third letter arrived from O2, it was an order neighbours name ~ my address, can anyone help? O2 Fraud dept email?

I know O2 would have run a credit check as I checked my credit reference file and there is a reference.

I know how the scam works, regular postman knows the residents, see name pops letter through neighbour's letterbox - Friday a new postman.

@fsurfer I was going to say it all sounds a bit odd as O2 wouldn't have run a credit check on a PAYG sim card and certainly not on you as it wasn't even in your name.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
