IPhone XR esim - upgraded to IPhone 11 Pro max

Hi I hope you guys are well.

I just switched my iPhone from XR to iPhone 11Pro max. What happens at the moment after I moved all my data to my new iPhone 11 Pro I am now stuck due to I do not have a physical SIM card to swap from iPhone XR to iPhone 11- pro due to I always used esim. Now how can swap E-sim to my new iPhone 11 Pro Max, please ?

Can anyone kindly be able to help me please ?

You'll need to call customer service for a new eSim pack.
Numbers here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 
When it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.

You then need to do a sim swap from your old phone Guide: Sim Swap: a mini guide 2017 update
