Can anyone help... I've set up my new iPhone 12 but for some reason it won't allow me to make or receive any calls 🤷‍♀️
I've tried troubleshooting but it hasn't made any difference.
TIA

Is this a new contract or upgrade?

If it's an upgrade and you have put a new sim in, you will have to do a sim swap by texting SWAP to 20220 from your old sim. Or just use your old sim.

@Help12Max

The only reason to do a sim swap is if you are in a 5g area, otherwise, just use your old sim which will work normally on 4g.

Your new contract is already updated on your old sim and old contract has been closed down.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
