All 4g is I think from memory.

I've no idea, but I remember when 4g was first introduced and everyone up and down the country were doing speedtests, all the ip addresses came back to London regardless of where they were in the country.

How about before the launch of 4G? Are users outside London getting non-London address?

I take China as an example.

Tariffs and bolt ons are different at different regions. Different tariffs provide different local, within the same province and/or national allowances(but roaming sign will not be shown during national roaming). When accessing services from store, the location of store must match the region of the account. When accessing account details online, the website and app must also match the region of the account.

No mate. The UK is a bit smaller than China and the same tariffs apply all across the country.
