INTERNATIONAL CALLS FROM UK NOT CONNECTING

Does anyone have any guidance for me please?  I am not able to dial out Internationally on my iPhone 6.  Could this be an O2 Service issue, please?

Are you putting in the correct country code?

Do you have a spend cap? Have you enough credit on your phone?

Hi.  Thanks for your reply.  Yes - plenty of credit and I have used the same number on a different O2 phone (lent to me) and it connected no problem.  I realise that I have had this issue for some time, but just worked my way around it some other way!  Now I feel I need to address the issue.  I tried Chat on O2 but no service is offerred currently - perhaps understandably!

If you have lived with this for a while I suggest you live with it a bit longer, as now isn't the best time to trying to contact customer service.
