Hello I wonder if anyone can help . I reported my phone as lost on the 30.3.23 and the following day found the phone so I phoned o2 again and the cs agent assured me the bars would be lifted within 24 hrs . Well over a month later and my phone still says no service . I’ve had two new SIM cards and neither have worked . I’ve visited the o2 store and they phoned o2 for me and they were told the same that it would take 24hrs . I find the cs can not help me so I’m at a loss and not sure what to do next . Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

the issue has hopefully been resolved. O2 are giving me a replacement handset. 😊

Hi Emma - Any chance you could assist with mine? The corporate O2 team haven't got anywhere with it so hoping you could?
