My new phone was delivered to the wrong address on the 3rd April and contacted CS and a bar was put on it. It was retrieved on the 5th April and contacted CS where I was assured the bar would be lifted in 24hrs. After countless phonecalls and visits instore over a month later and the phone still doesn't work and to make matters worse CS then put a bar on my sim in error so I have no working phone. Contacted CS again and was assured 24hrs and it would be lifted. That was on Friday 5th May. Another phone call Monday 8th and again assured everything would be sorted and yet again nothing has been done. Any help/info would be appreciated.

@Cally3

It seems O2 are incapable of reversing an IMEI bar just lately judging by the number of posts on here.

Ask them to replace the phone for you instead.
