My o2 is listing my old device, how can I update this?
The IMEI is therefore incorrect and I assume the puk code might be too.

I never get my handsets from o2 anyway they are always direct from Samsung.

My previous model is in use on another network now.

Thanks

You'll need to call O2

Numbers here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:

If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.

Nearly a year now and still wrong. I'm happy to have the phone completely separate from the network that's why I buy sim free. But still...

You can change the name of phone yourself . Settings, Phone > Change name. (Save changes and reboot the phone)

For anything else, you need to call O2 to make other changes. Numbers given in my post above

I've renamed it in my o2 but the device model number and IMEI are still on the s7 edge not the Note 10 plus 5g 512gb with 512gb Samsung micro sd as well (that I've had since January)

If everything is working OK, don't worry about it.

It isn't essential.
