If I take out a new contract with device and insurance, do I have to do anything else to register the device? Has this alread6 been done by O2?
Can't get through on the phone line to make a new claim. Can this be done on line?

This is done automatically if you purchased the device and insurance through O2 as part of same order.
You can double check by calling customer services.
