I recently purchased 2 mobile phones on payg . both are faulty and after 7 calls to o2 i have been lied to as i tried to return the phones, but o2 won't forward me the returns address. they made me top up both phones , i spent 5 hours on the phone speaking to staff who realy didnt want to help.
o2 took the returns sticker off before sending me the phones. i have spent £120 on both phones.
dont buy online from these people until you find out the returns policy and address to send the returns.
just buy from a shop and check everything before you leave.
o2 online are incompetent

Live chat can sometimes get things muddled.
I had to send a phone back to O2 and it was easy to get a return bag sent to me.
Where does it say in the OP's post that he used Live Chat? It says he phoned 7 times.
Something's fishy about this. I don't buy phones through O2 any more, but when I did, they always came with a return sticker. It's a little odd that the OP says they removed the stickers from two phones.

I agree Bambino.
Hopefully the OP will update us soon with some more information to avoid any speculation

We certainly aren't everything they're complaining about is easily explained and without a follow up post it's all hard to believe. ![]()
