I have been charged for roaming £36.13 while I was in France, why ??? when Eurozone is same as UK .. this is a rip off !!!

It only shows an arrow pointing towards left which means an incoming call but in any way I was only in Paris and the calls I received were from UK and when there are no charges for roaming in Eurozone, why have I neen charged. How can this be resolved ??? 😞

We aren't customer service @maqman so do not know why you have this charge.
Sorry but you need to call customer service on 202.

Calling 202 can be frustrating given the interactive voice response system that I quite often get when I try that line of contact.
