I was in France and have been charged £36.13 showing an incoming call on my cell, why?

I have been charged for roaming £36.13 while I was in France, why ??? when Eurozone is same as UK .. this is a rip off !!!

You need to log into your MyO2 and look to see what the charges are for.
Did you call any numbers outside of the euro zone for example?

It only shows an arrow pointing towards left which means an incoming call but in any way I was only in Paris and the calls I received were from UK and when there are no charges for roaming in Eurozone, why have I neen charged. How can this be resolved ??? 😞

Yes ask O2 to investigate but is that the only charge showing in My O2?

We aren't customer service @maqman so do not know why you have this charge.

Calling 202 can be frustrating given the interactive voice response system that I quite often get when I try that line of contact.Confused
