Hello

My contract expires on 4th of April and I want to switch to sim only plan. How can I do that?

You need to upgrade to a sim only plan Guide: Upgrading Your O2 Phone

Follow the guide but choose sim only rather than a device plan.

Your number will transfer automatically so no need to port or migrate your number.
