I want to renew my web daily as per the message sent but I didn't take down the number to text. Astonishingly, it is not anywhere to be found.

This isn't customer service so you need to call them on 4445 or use live chat.

Either use WiFi if you have it or call customer service as advised or you could change to a tariff that’s more suitable to your needs

I thought the OP had possibly had data switched off but maybe the settings are incorrect in which case @Mamillian could Text ACTIVE to 2020.
