I want to receive automatic VAT bills, how do i go about it?

I have to ring or live chat every couple of months to get a bill with VAT details for my small business, why can you not just generate a bill with it already on, on the bottom, it always says THIS IS NOT A VAT INVOICE!?

I'm not sure why this has to be so difficult but many do seem to have this problem......?

I thought they had changed the system now to produce VAT invoices. My consumer account certainly has.

I thought a person had to request one via customer services and wasn't automatic.

yes, drives me nutty and you can't email anymore so you have a sit in a phone queue or go through the dreaded live chat! think you perhaps have to be a business account holder which probably entails a high premium!

Mine are all VAT invoices when I download them. There is even a link in My O2 for the vat invoice.
