You can't do that with o2 I'm afraid.
You can download to MyO2 app to keep track of usage or look at other networks such as Tesco when your contract is up for renewal.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

It is your responsibility to keep check of your allowances. O2 do not do capping. You can check your bill & allowances in myo2

Hey @Anonymous, welcome to the forum!

We had an idea posted in our Ideas Section last year by our community members about capped plans (see here). It's not something that O2 is planning on doing at the moment, however there are some other options being explored to help limit any potential over-spending. If we get anymore info on this, we'll let you know. slight_smile

I still think its short sighted not to take this idea forward, seeing as even more providers are now doing this, talktalk mobile, tesco, sky just to name a few grin

I agree. Mind you with out of allowance calls costing as much as 55p a minute I can understand O2's unwillingness to lose a substantial income.
